Custom homes are priced hourly with a project cap for budget certainty.
How it works: After reviewing your project scope, I'll provide a project quote based on square footage. You'll receive detailed construction documents and only pay the quoted price. Pricing is transparent and competitive with regional market rates.
Example: 2,500 sq ft custom home with full basement
Main Level: 2,500 sq ft X $2/sq ft = $5,000
Basement: 2,500 sq ft X $1/sq ft = $2,500
Project Total: $7,500
Payment: 50% deposit, balance at completion
Payment Terms
Standard Packages: Full payment due upon completion
Custom homes: 50% of estimated cap as deposit, balance based on actual hours at completion
Additional revisions: Billed at completion of project

Complete permit management from start to approval. We coordinate with your city, submit the application, handle all follow-up, and manage revisions until approved.
Interior Design
Base Price: $1,000
Up to 5 rooms designed with coordinated materials, finishes, and fixtures. Includes a PDF with clickable product links to view and purchase all design materials.
