Custom homes are priced hourly with a project cap for budget certainty.
HOURLY RATE: $115/HOUR
How it works: After reviewing your project scope, I’ll provide and estimated hour range and set a not-to-exceed cap. You’ll receive a detailed time tracking and only pay for actual hours worked. If the project comes in under estimate, you save money. If complexity increases, you’re protected by the cap.
Example: 6,000 sq ft custom home
Estimated: 50-60 hours
Project cap: $7,500
Actual time: 54 hours = $6,210
Payment: 50% deposit, balance at completion
Payment Terms
Standard Packages: Full payment due upon completion
Custom homes: 50% of estimated cap as deposit, balance based on actual hours at completion
Additional revisions: Billed at completion of project
